Doily Inspiration...

 Isn't this pretty? I'd love to say I made it, but I didn't. I was the

lucky one to find it for only .50 at the thrift store.

It's done beautifully, in fine thread and even stitches.

I love it.

I'm going to treasure it.

I'm glad it has found a good home.

Another  doily done with size 30 thread. I can't believe how

much I like using this finer thread! The doilies seem so much

softer. I dug through my stash to see what other size 30 treasures

were hidden there...I found a bright blue thread that I'm

working with now.

Winter white...

I made a white doily...like the snow. The pattern is called Escapade.

I worked with a size 10 hook and a size 30 thread for this one.

Usually I use size 10 thread...so it took a little adjusting.

I like how it turned out.
